Common questions we’re asked 

Do you perform a business and systems review?

Yes. Our strategy work includes a structured review of business workflows and systems. You receive a current-state map, a systems inventory and data-flow diagram, a risk and gap list, and a costed roadmap. 

How long does it take?

It depends on scope and access, but usually this can be done in 1-2 weeks. After discovery, we agree realistic milestones and success measures. Many teams start quick wins in the first phase, with larger changes following a phased plan. 

Which tools do you work with?

We are vendor-agnostic, but our preferred CRM is HubSpot. We work with common CRM, finance, docs, data and workflow tools. If a bespoke build is required, we bring in a specialist partner.

What access do you need?

Stakeholder time for short interviews, read-only access to key systems or exports, and permission to observe workflows where helpful. We keep data handling simple and documented.

Do you only work with the C-suite?

We align with executives and work closely with frontline teams, where value is realised. We bridge the gap between the execution and strategic teams.
